To ensure the capture of the finest images, it's essential to prepare the property adequately for photography. Conduct a thorough walkthrough to create a comprehensive shot list that highlights the property's major amenities. Eliminate any clutter, as it can create a negative impression. When in doubt, ask yourself if each object contributes positively to the photographs. Guarantee pristine windows for enhanced lighting and optimal views. Confirm that all shades can open, and ensure all lighting fixtures are in working order to showcase the property in its best light. This meticulous preparation lays the foundation for captivating and effective real estate visuals.

We prefer arriving slightly earlier than the agreed time to familiarize ourselves with the surrounding area, ensuring that any noteworthy features are considered for showcasing. To begin, we open every window and shade, confirming that common areas are clutter-free, and if applicable, turn off any ceiling fans. The photography style we employ is HDR, and in some cases flambient (adding a strobe to the mix), involving the capture of three different exposures to encompass the full tonal range of the scene. While we go through each room capturing the best angles, you're welcome to wait in a designated area or outside the property. Aerial shots, if included, may be taken before or after the ground pictures of the property. This meticulous approach aims to ensure a seamless and comprehensive visual representation of the property.

After completing the coverage of the entire property, we'll review any issues or concerns with you to ensure all necessary pictures have been taken. Following our discussion, you can head home and relax while we handle the post-processing tasks. This involves downloading your pictures to our computer and initiating the merging of different exposures, performing window pulls for a clear view of the outside, color correction, straightening, sharpening, cropping, and exporting your images. Once the process is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to easily download your finalized pictures. Your satisfaction with the end result is our top priority.
